Try different types of sprouts.
Ingredients
| 3 | sli | bread |
| 1⁄4 | c | vegetarian broth |
| 1 | mushrooms sliced | |
| 1 | ff mayo/salad dressing | |
| 1 | green chili & garlic dijoin | |
| 1 | tomatoes thinly sliced | |
| 1 | cucumbers thinly sliced | |
| 1 | low fat cheese | |
| 1 | lettuce |
Instructions
Toast 3 slices of bread. In a skillet, heat a little beef or vegetiran broth & cook sliced mushrooms & onions on high heat until done. Let them drain on a paper towel. Coat each slice of bread with fat free mayo or salad dressing or Kraft Ranch Free if you like & green chili & garlic dijoin or spicey mustard. Layer thinly sliced tomatoes cucumbers, low fat cheese, sprouts & yer mushrooms & onions. Cut into quarters & eat.
